Easy Banana Cookies¶
Ingredients¶
- 2 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 80 g porridge oats
- 40 g dried cranberries
Instructions¶
- Heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mash bananas in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
- Stir in oats and cinnamon until evenly combined.
- Fold in dried cranberries.
- Scoop heaped tablespoon portions (about 14) onto the tray, spacing slightly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until set and lightly firm. Cool on tray.
