Easy Banana Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 80 g porridge oats
  • 40 g dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
  3. Stir in oats and cinnamon until evenly combined.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries.
  5. Scoop heaped tablespoon portions (about 14) onto the tray, spacing slightly.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until set and lightly firm. Cool on tray.
