2-Ingredient Naan Breads/Flatbreads¶
Makes 4 naan breads/flatbreads
Ingredients¶
- 200g white self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting
- 200g fat-free natural yogurt
Instructions¶
- Combine the flour and yogurt in a bowl until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface, gently knead for 2 minutes until smooth, then divide into 4 even pieces.
- Roll each piece into an oval about 5mm thick.
- Heat a large, dry, nonstick frying pan over high heat and cook the breads in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly golden and puffed.
