Amaretto Sour¶
Ingredients¶
- 50 ml amaretto liqueur
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 5 ml sugar gomme
- (Optional) 10 ml egg white
Instructions¶
- (If using) Dry shake all ingredients without ice to foam egg white.
- Add ice; shake hard; fine strain into a chilled coupette.
Garnish¶
Lemon zest (express) or cherry (optional).
