Amaretto Sour

Ingredients

  • 50 ml amaretto liqueur
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 5 ml sugar gomme
  • (Optional) 10 ml egg white

Instructions

  1. (If using) Dry shake all ingredients without ice to foam egg white.
  2. Add ice; shake hard; fine strain into a chilled coupette.

Garnish

Lemon zest (express) or cherry (optional).
