Americano¶

Ingredients¶

• 25 ml Italian sweet vermouth
• 25 ml Campari
• 50 ml soda water (or to top)

Instructions¶

1. Add vermouth and Campari to an old fashioned glass filled with ice.
2. Top with chilled soda; give a gentle stir.

Garnish¶

Lemon zest and orange slice.
