Aperol Spritz¶

Ingredients¶

• 25 ml Aperol
• 75 ml Prosecco or other dry sparkling wine
• Splash soda water (optional)

Instructions¶

1. Build in an old fashioned (or wine) glass over ice: Aperol then Prosecco.
2. Add a splash of soda if desired; brief gentle stir.

Orange twist or wheel.
