Benton's Old Fashioned¶

Ingredients¶

• 50 ml bacon fat–washed bourbon
• 5 ml maple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions¶

1. Build in an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
2. Stir until chilled and slightly diluted.

Garnish¶

Orange twist.
