Ingredients

  • 50 ml dry gin
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml crème Yvette or crème de violette
  • (Optional) 10 ml egg white

Instructions

  1. (If using egg white) Dry shake; add ice and shake hard.
  2. Fine strain into chilled cocktail glass.
