Ingredients¶
- 50 ml dry gin
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml crème Yvette or crème de violette
- (Optional) 10 ml egg white
Instructions¶
- (If using egg white) Dry shake; add ice and shake hard.
- Fine strain into chilled cocktail glass.
