Bramble¶

Ingredients¶

• 40 ml London dry gin
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml gomme syrup
• 15 ml crème de mûre (drizzle)

Instructions¶

1. Fill an old fashioned glass with crushed ice. Build gin, lemon juice, and gomme; stir briefly.
2. Drizzle crème de mûre over the top to create a bleed effect.
3. Top with a little more crushed ice if it settles.

Lemon slice and raspberry.
