Ingredients¶
- 50 ml base spirit (e.g., cognac or rum)
- 12.5 ml fresh lemon juice
- 5 ml gomme syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions¶
- Shake hard with ice; strain into sugar-crusted Collins glass prepared with a wide fruit peel band.
Garnish¶
Sugar rim and fruit band.
