Ingredients

  • 50 ml base spirit (e.g., cognac or rum)
  • 12.5 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 5 ml gomme syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Shake hard with ice; strain into sugar-crusted Collins glass prepared with a wide fruit peel band.
