Ingredients¶

• 50 ml Earl Grey tea–infused gin
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• 10 ml egg white

Instructions¶

1. Dry shake; add ice; shake hard.
2. Fine strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish¶

Lemon zest.
