Fino Highball

Ingredients

  • 50 ml gin
  • 50 ml fino sherry
  • 12.5 ml lime juice
  • 2 tsp sugar syrup
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • Tonic water, to top

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except tonic water to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with tonic water.

Lemon wedge.
