Fish House Punch

Classic punch; scale quantities proportionally for bowl service.

Ingredients

  • 25 ml brandy
  • 25 ml gold rum
  • 20 ml peach liqueur
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml gomme syrup
  • Soda to top

Instructions

  1. Shake first five with ice; fine strain into ice-filled glass; top with soda.

Garnish

Grated nutmeg and lemon slice.
