Fish House Punch¶
Classic punch; scale quantities proportionally for bowl service.
Ingredients¶
- 25 ml brandy
- 25 ml gold rum
- 20 ml peach liqueur
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml gomme syrup
- Soda to top
Instructions¶
- Shake first five with ice; fine strain into ice-filled glass; top with soda.
Garnish¶
Grated nutmeg and lemon slice.
