Imperial Fizz¶

Ingredients¶

• 50 ml gin
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml sugar syrup
• Sparkling wine to top

Instructions¶

1. Shake first three with ice; strain into flute; top with sparkling wine.
