Irish Coffee

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Irish whiskey
  • 75 ml strong hot coffee
  • 10 ml demerara sugar syrup
  • Lightly whipped double cream (float)

Instructions

  1. Warm glass. Add whiskey, hot coffee, syrup; stir.
  2. Float cream gently over back of spoon.

Garnish

Freshly grated nutmeg (optional).
