Irish Coffee¶
Ingredients¶
- 40 ml Irish whiskey
- 75 ml strong hot coffee
- 10 ml demerara sugar syrup
- Lightly whipped double cream (float)
Instructions¶
- Warm glass. Add whiskey, hot coffee, syrup; stir.
- Float cream gently over back of spoon.
Garnish¶
Freshly grated nutmeg (optional).
