Mojito¶
Ingredients¶
- 50 ml Cuban style rum
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml gomme syrup (or 2 bar spoons sugar)
- 8–12 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water to top
Instructions¶
- Lightly slap mint; add to Collins glass with rum, lime, and syrup.
- Fill halfway with crushed ice; churn; top with more crushed ice and soda; gentle lift to mix.
Garnish¶
Mint sprig and lime wedge.
