Mojito

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Cuban style rum
  • 25 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml gomme syrup (or 2 bar spoons sugar)
  • 8–12 fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water to top

Instructions

  1. Lightly slap mint; add to Collins glass with rum, lime, and syrup.
  2. Fill halfway with crushed ice; churn; top with more crushed ice and soda; gentle lift to mix.

Garnish

Mint sprig and lime wedge.
