New York Sour¶
Ingredients¶
- 50 ml rye or bourbon
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 10 ml egg white (optional)
- 15 ml fruity red wine (float)
Instructions¶
- Dry shake (if using egg white); add ice; shake again; strain over fresh ice.
- Float red wine carefully on top.
