Pisco Sour¶

Ingredients¶

• 50 ml pisco
• 25 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml sugar syrup
• 15 ml egg white
• 2 dashes Angostura or Amargo Chuncho bitters

Instructions¶

1. Dry shake; add ice; shake hard; fine strain into coupe.
