Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 50 ml gin
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 25 ml cream
  • 15 ml egg white
  • 3 drops orange flower water
  • Soda to top

Instructions

  1. Dry shake long; add ice and shake again until frothy.
  2. Strain into chilled Collins (no ice); allow foam to settle; top slowly with soda.

Garnish

No garnish or light citrus zest.
