Ramos Gin Fizz¶
Ingredients¶
- 50 ml gin
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 25 ml cream
- 15 ml egg white
- 3 drops orange flower water
- Soda to top
Instructions¶
- Dry shake long; add ice and shake again until frothy.
- Strain into chilled Collins (no ice); allow foam to settle; top slowly with soda.
Garnish¶
No garnish or light citrus zest.
