Ingredients

  • 25 ml bourbon
  • 7 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 7 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 10 ml Cointreau
  • Sparkling wine to top

Instructions

  1. Build first three over ice, add Cointreau, brief stir; strain into flute; top sparkling wine gently.
