Sherry Flip¶

Ingredients¶

• 60 ml oloroso or amontillado sherry
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• 1 whole egg
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions¶

1. Dry shake; add ice; shake hard; fine strain into small stemmed glass.

Garnish¶

Grated nutmeg.
