Singapore Sling

Ingredients

  • 30 ml gin
  • 15 ml cherry brandy
  • 7 ml Cointreau
  • 7 ml DOM Bénédictine
  • 10 ml grenadine
  • 50 ml pineapple juice
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Shake with ice; strain over fresh ice in tall glass.

Garnish

Pineapple wedge and cherry.
