Blue Cheese & Gnocchi Bake
Ingredients
- 400 g broccoli
- 200 g medium-fat soft cheese
- 100 ml skimmed milk
- 50 g Stilton
- 500 g fresh gnocchi
- 20 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
- Heat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C / gas 6). Cook the broccoli in boiling water 4-5 minutes until just tender.
- Mix the soft cheese, milk and Stilton in a bowl and season well with black pepper.
- Lift the broccoli out with a slotted spoon (reserve the water). Cook the gnocchi according to pack instructions in the same pan, then drain.
- Put the gnocchi and broccoli in an ovenproof dish. Pour over the cheese mixture and coat everything. Scatter over the Parmesan.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until bubbling and golden.
