Blue Cheese & Gnocchi Bake

Ingredients

  • 400 g broccoli
  • 200 g medium-fat soft cheese
  • 100 ml skimmed milk
  • 50 g Stilton
  • 500 g fresh gnocchi
  • 20 g Parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C / gas 6). Cook the broccoli in boiling water 4-5 minutes until just tender.
  2. Mix the soft cheese, milk and Stilton in a bowl and season well with black pepper.
  3. Lift the broccoli out with a slotted spoon (reserve the water). Cook the gnocchi according to pack instructions in the same pan, then drain.
  4. Put the gnocchi and broccoli in an ovenproof dish. Pour over the cheese mixture and coat everything. Scatter over the Parmesan.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes until bubbling and golden.
